I am thrilled to introduce you to the PADMAProject. About a year ago, I assembled a dedicated team to action a strategic growth and development plan for the next 30 years, focussing on serving the Vaishnavas and greater community better and with a view to financial freedom. When we hear "strategic" we may feel it does not translate into action and there has been much discussion and even unveiling of proposed plans in the past. So, how is this initiative different? Srila Prabhupada said that ISKCON will grow with intelligence and organisation. This team is determined to present a workable plan with achievable targets.
