The Prayer Tree

You can offer a prayer to the Supreme Mother, Srimati Radharani on this Mother's Day, Sunday, 14 May. Simply come to the temple on Sunday, write your prayer, and hang it on the "Prayer Tree". You may write a personal prayer or a prayer for your mother. All the prayers will be collected and offered to the lotus feet of Srimati Radharani. This is a SSRRT Women's Forum initiative. 

 

Disciples Course

The ISKCON Disciples Course is a training program which deepens devotees’ understanding of guru tattva and guru padasraya within the multiple guru environment of ISKCON. Designed for new devotees preparing to take initiation in ISKCON, the course is also recommended for leaders, preachers, councilors and educators in ISKCON. The course was developed under the direction of the Guru Services Committee, with the combined efforts of leading educators in ISKCON. The course is based on the teachings of Srila Prabhupada and current ISKCON Law and references the writings of the broader Gaudiya Vaisnava tradition. – http://bhakticourses.com.

The show begins at 4:00pm sharp, so come in early, grab a seat, order your meal and get comfortable for a fun evening of spiritual entertainment.

You may want to bring blankets and cushions as the afternoons are getting chilly. BYS (Bhakti Yoga Society) will be providing our light meals, snacks and drinks. Note that Govinda's Pizzeria will be open. Entry is by donation. All proceeds go to the theatre and the university cultivation programme.
