Sri Sri Radha Radhanath Temple 40th Anniversary Festival Guide

Featuring at the Festival:
1. The Memory Vault: An archive of your experiences, service, and special moments at our beloved temple.
Share Your Story:
Your first darshan or unforgettable service
A special reciprocation from Sri Sri Radha Radhanath
Devotees who inspired you along the way
Cherished festival memories and transformations
Photos and keepsakes that hold deep meaning
Every memory will be recorded live on 11 & 12 October (10am-4pm) and preserved for future generations. Please book your recording slot with Priya Kishori via WhatsApp: 082 806 1646 or priyakishori@iskcondurban.net. Your story is part of our temple's history. Let's honour this sacred journey together!

2. 40th & 50th Exhibition
Walk through the historical gallery of Srila Prabhupada’s visit to South Africa 50 years ago and Sri Sri Radha Radhanath festivals over these past 40 years. The exhibit will take visitors on a journey from the early construction days through to the opening festivities, up to the current day. There will be a photo exhibit, videos and a continuous loop of hundreds of photographs to take one down memory lane. We would like to recognise all the devotees, including those who have departed, who have rendered any service to Their Lordships. Hence, there will be a Memory Wall where visitors will have an opportunity to place a card with a photo of either themselves with a written description of their service or of a departed devotee. A visitors' book will also be available, and we encourage everyone to record their names in the book; this will eventually form part of the historic records of attendance at this monumental event.

The exhibit will also showcase the various programs the temple continually runs, such as nama-hattas, the Deity program, Bhakti Yoga Society, Book Distribution, the Women’s Forum, Youth Group, Sunday Love Feast, SSRRT Connect & Hare Krishna News, Bhakti Theatre, Festivals, Food For Life, Bhaktivedanta College of Education & Culture, Community Connection, and Donations.
