Learn to Play Mrdanga
With His Grace Ramanujacharya Das ACBSP
17 x one-hour sessions
Sundays at 10am
This course starts on Sunday, 7 June.
You will need your own mrdanga. The course fee is R200 and includes Practical Mrdanga Lessons instruction manual, and access to audio corresponding to the book’s mantras. Deadline for registration is Sunday, 31 May. Please register here.
Samskara Course
This course is based on the Sat-kriyā-sāra-dīpikā by Śrīla Gopāla Bhaṭṭa Gosvāmī and covers the 16 major samskaras, from conception to final rites. The ISKCON Deity Worship Ministry accredits the course, and this course forms part of the Mayapur Academy Diploma.
Part 1: Theory (Online)
Dates: 13; 14; 16; 20; 21; 28 & 29 June
Cost: R200
PLUS: You will also require the book: Sat-kriyā-sāra-dīpikā by Śrīla Gopāla Bhaṭṭa Gosvāmī. Cost: R350.
Part 2: Practical (In-person)
Dates: 3-12 July
Full days on the weekends and three hours on weekday evenings.

The Vyāsa-pūjā of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda takes place on Saturday, 5 September. You are invited to share your heartfelt appreciation, service reports, and realisations. Offerings for the Pan-African Vyāsa-pūjā book may be submitted anytime from now until Sunday, 31 May. All offerings must be submitted here. Once submitted, a confirmation will be displayed on the webpage.
