BBT Pan-African Vyāsa-pūjā Book 2024
The Vyāsa-pūjā of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda takes place on Tuesday, 27 August 2024. You are invited to share your heartfelt appreciation, service reports, and realisations. Offerings for the Pan-African Vyāsa-pūjā book may be submitted anytime from now until Sunday, 2 June. All offerings must be submitted here. Once submitted, a confirmation will display on the webpage.

Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with the following:
Good leadership qualities
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
Good Time management skills
Good communication skills
Ability to train workers
Ability to work in a team
Flexibility
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervising general workers on routine, emergency, and special projects
Liaising with subcontractors for routine, emergency, and special projects
Sourcing of quotes from external service providers
Preparing timesheets for staff for salary purposes
Preparation of supply orders
Collection of orders from suppliers
Coordinate staff to assist other departments
Approval of staff leave
Addressing any concerns raised by staff
Ensure Health and Safety compliance and PPE compliance
Assist with special events including festivals (staff involvement, planning, and execution)
Ensure quality control in routine work and special projects
Dispatch and control the use of consumables
Dispatch and control the use of tools and equipment
Ensure that all tools and equipment are functional
Schedule regular servicing, maintenance, and upgrades of tools and equipment
Servicing of guest rooms
Must be available to work odd hours
Supervise cleaning and washing of all areas of the property
